Job Overview We r looking for the Purchase Executive w for SANAD location for manufacturing company Qualifications And Skills B.E. Mechanicle Exprience : Between 4 to 6 years Role New Vendor Development, Sourcing, Procurement from domestic region. All Vendor performance assessment. Responsible for ordering of materials, supplies & follows up with all vendors to ensure the timely delivery. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Arranging and coordinating for quotations & samples from Companies for approvals. Review quality of purchased products. Coordinate with warehouse/user at the time of material receipt Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed Coordinate with stores (maintenance & consumable) for proper documentation and to ensure proper storage. Checking of all vendor bills prior to release of Payments Liaison with CHA on day to day basis. Must coordinate with CHA/Customs for clearing and processing shipments and documenting the same Checking of CHA, agencies bill prior to release of Payments. Advance licenses and export incentive claim process with DGFT. Responsible for all types of work related to DGFT and import/export Audit of physical movement of defective material with documents. Track daily factory output. Help to check difference of RM consumption. Help to inventory audit.Job tags
