Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Manager located in Greater Noida (Gautam Buddha Nagar). The Telesales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of telesales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing sales performance, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
As a Telesales Manager at Kidzlet, the successful candidate should have demonstrated experience in communication, team management, analytical skills, customer service, and training. Possessing these skills will enable the candidate to excel in a fast-paced environment and lead a team of passionate professionals towards achieving sales goals while providing an exceptional customer experience. Additionally, prior experience in telesales or a related field, as well as a bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field, will be beneficial for this role.
