Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Kadodara Near By Surat
Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:
- Coordinates internally and with the client matters related to the creation and modification of bill of materials and changes of product spec (packaging, art works, etc.
- Constantly informs the Manager on any specific points or problems & circulating MIS on daily/weekly/monthly basis for management decision.
- Organizes the logistics (transportation, tariff check, communication with customer, logistics, etc.); ensures the timely invoicing and transportation.
- Responsible for invoicing to customers.
- You need to aggressively achieve the sales plan
- Details MIS report on Daily basis of Packing, Sales.
- You need to provide Excellent customer service to all customers
- You need to ensure customers satisfaction at all times
- You must communicate effectively with all levels of organization
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with careful attention to details.
- Able to work cross functionally and across all operating groups in the company
Required Skills:

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
Salary :- Upto 3.36 LPA
