Job description
Inviting applications for Immersive Content Architect as part of the new and dynamic Stakeholder Experience and Virtual Learning Team. You would be responsible for leading white boarding exercises with medico - marketing functions to develop high quality sustainable immersive contents which are strategically relevant and creates a positive customer experience.
You will be:
Driving excellence in developing high quality sustainable immersive contents in collaboration with medico u2013 marketing teams which are strategic and relevant. Acts as a thought leader for immersive contents for external and internal stakeholders.u00A0
Evaluating, developing and maintaining a pipeline of contents to support prioritization by having a deep understanding of the key Therapy Areas where Roche operates in and even deeper understanding of the science behind innovations
Acting as a brand ambassador of CXC India to the other affiliates through seamless collaboration and best practices sharing.u00A0
Managing agencies and content development interns for timely and effective delivery
u00A0Having a creative eye and design thinking skills to contribute to storyline development and visual presentation of the messages for customers
Exhibiting VACC Leadership (Visionary, Architect, Coach, Catalyst)
You are responsible for:
Content Development
Defining a strategic roadmap for contents and the pipeline in the order of priority.u00A0
Developing scripts through spatial thinking on content possibilities on Technological assets/ platforms available.
Leveraging collective expertise of Contents already available within and outside the affiliate and repurpose before creating newer contents.
Belief Shift Changes
Assessing the product belief trends in customers and evaluate course corrections or content reinforcements.u00A0
Recording and capture the feedback received from focus groups and customer groups to develop contents along with medic-marketing functions.
. Thought- leadership
Contributing to establishing India as a global hub for customer experience and content creation within global / regional / area stakeholders to identify learnings in India, and share best practices within the network.u00A0
Infusing inspiration to the teams engaged in developing experience including the broader corporate strategy team.u00A0
Culture & Ways of Working
Leveraging Global network to source solutions for the affiliate needs and cross pollinate learnings.u00A0
Scale up cluster level best practices and ensure successful implementation where relevant for affiliate level impact.
Foster an environment for Medico- marketing teams to share their learnings within their respective chapters and clusters

Who you are
You are a graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Medical or MBA in Marketing
Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (8+ years) in the areas of marketing, strategy, marketing insights, customer engagement
