Technical Lead

Qualification :

Science / Engineering Graduate

Requisites:

Should have experience in supporting D365 F&O Processes covering product, customer, inventory and order orchestration.
Troubleshoot Warehousing and Supply chain ERP User issues by working directly with the ERP support team, the local IT Team and Microsoft support as necessary to resolve issues.
Should have experience to handle customer facing experience in store(POS and other customer facing application) preferably Microsoft Dynamics
Should have basic functional knowledge of POS functions and Store Operations (sales, returns, Inventory in and out, payments ,returns and cash and carry sale)
Should have exposure to debug/monitor integrations (Mulesoft and Azure)
Should have experience to work in retail projects for D365 retail & Commerce
Should have ability to read logs and do a first level triage for applications like POS, Azure and Mulesoft.
Should have ability to go through SOP's and guide users for correct steps
Should have experience in installation of setups with help of SOP's
Should have experience handling Store card reader device/network/wifi connectivity/Installation issues
Ensures timely and effective resolution to all POS Support issues by providing technical and procedural support, serving as an escalation point for critical issues.
Experience participating in all stages of lifecycle of MS D365 implementation projects a plus

Should have experience in Payments and Fraud Management systems. Support experience on ACI /Elavon/CyberSource platforms or similar payment processing platforms is preferred
Should have experience in troubleshooting Store Commerce POS & Retail Realm Logs on payment issues
Should have experience in troubleshooting issues with Card Reader Devices (Ingenico Lane 7000 & Move5000 Preferred), extracting & analysing device logs
Should have experience in handling support issues over Advance Payments Methods (Ex: Paypal or klarna, Paybylink, etc) workign with internal and external stake holders
Should have experience in managing D365 & Payment Systems user access provisioning & administration
