Job description
Ø Purpose of Position
- The job incumbent is responsible for sales & marketing co-ordination of all Certification (CER) products & large contracts area / region.
- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and policy.
Ø Major Responsibilities
- Sales co-ordination for Certification products.
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales team including invoicing, dispatches, certificate delivery etc .
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate the processing of sales orders from inception to fulfillment, including order booking, tracking, till delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and documentation related to sales activities.
- Prepare Contract review based on filled-in application received from the clients.
- Demonstrate an awareness of the certification product range offered by the offices of the respective countries.
- Demonstrate an understanding of the generic sales process for certification products in BMS
- BVC's specific conditions of certification services.
Ø Qualification and Experience
- Any Bachelor degree
- A degree in BBA / Sales & Marketing is an added advantage
- Fresher / 1 - 2 years of experience in the field of sales co-ordination.
