Company Description The Badnaam Adda is a food vendor that offers home-like food in a restaurant and at home, with a mission to provide women a break from the kitchen. They deliver home-like food and offer restaurant services, allowing customers to get restaurant-quality food without sacrificing the taste of homemade food.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Chef located in Greater Noida. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for Preparing the food on our menu, managing inventory, and ensuring that all food meets quality and safety standards. The Chef will also be responsible for overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation, and will collaborate with other chefs to provide a diverse and high-quality food experience for customers at The Badnaam Adda. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of professional Chinese Chef experience Proven ability to design and prepare Chinese cuisine from scratch Excellent knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors Experience managing food inventory and maintaining food safety and quality standards Good communication and time-management skills to work effectively within a team environment Certification or equivalent training in Chinese cooking is preferred A strong passion for cooking and providing customers with high-quality food experiences Note: The Badnaam Adda is an equal-opportunity employer and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply.Job tags
