Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work cross-functionally to translate high level product requirements into detailed engineering requirements and drive the successful adoption of features delivered by the engineering team.
What Must You Bring - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in networking and security.
- Experience with project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, documentation skills and the ability to train engineers to use Aryaka.
- Must be able to write coherent engineering requirements and other technical documents.
- Must be able to work cross-functionally to drive architectural discussions.
What Will You Do - Develop a deep technical understanding of the Aryaka service to help drive the architecture of new features/services.
- Act as a bridge between Product Management and Engineering to help translate the high-level Product Requirements into detailed Engineering Requirements and specifications.
- Synthesis different point of view and drive consensus cross-functionally to come with coherent solution for various problems.
- Understand new feature requirements and design Aryaka's components for how the feature will be used.
- Create specification documents for new features for the Aryaka Data, Management and Control planes.
- Write UX Design for the various portals.
- Work with the development teams to schedule releases so that a service can be delivered in a timely/meaningful manner.
- Work with Cloud Operations and Service Delivery teams to deploy new features.
- Write Standard Operating Procedures, Service Notes and troubleshooting documents for customer support team.
- Pilot new features in the production network.
- Develop training material for the support team.
- Help with the early adoption of the feature by the customers.
