Corporate Sales Representative

Job description

As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand and address the unique needs of corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for corporate sales.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within corporate clients.
- Understand the specific needs and requirements of corporate clients and tailor solutions accordingly.

Sales Presentations
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to corporate clients, showcasing the value proposition of products/services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Proposal Development
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes based on client requirements.
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of proposals.

Negotiation and Contract Closure
- Negotiate terms and conditions with corporate clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Close sales and finalize contracts in collaboration with legal and management teams.

Sales Target Achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets.
- Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

Market Intelligence
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the corporate landscape.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales with a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
