Brief about the Team Tata 1mg partners with various hospitals and healthcare providers to provide medication and healthcare services to patients which may include pharmacy services such as medication dispensing, compounding, and counselling. This team manages to provide medications directly to patients at the hospital (bed side) or delivering medications to patients' homes after they are discharged from the hospital.

What will you do Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and other strategic alliances. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners and clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet the needs of clients and customers. Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners and clients. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and achieve goals. Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team’s success. Maintain a high level of knowledge and expertise in the healthcare industry and the hospital’s service and capabilities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences =, and other forums.

What we are looking for Minimum of 8 to 10 Years of experience in business development in a healthcare-related field. Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to develop and manage budget forecasts, and performance metrics. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
