Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Executive to oversee and manage hotel's housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall guest satisfaction of our hotel's rooms and public areas. The Housekeeping Executive will lead a team of housekeeping staff, maintain high cleaning standards, and efficiently manage resources.
Key Responsibilities - Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Plan and allocate daily cleaning tasks to ensure that rooms, public areas, and facilities meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they are properly cleaned and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide timely and efficient services to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
