Role: Associate Director / Director – Hunting Sales – Noida , Bangalore , Chennai & Pune
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and organize leads effectively.
- Conduct compelling and informative presentations to showcase our IT products and services.
- Tailor presentations to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure profitable deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
