Job description

We have an opening forÂProject Management Associate for Bangalore.

Experience : 2+ Years
Company & Location: Product based, Bangalore
NP: immediate-15 Days
Salary : Upto 10 LPA
Interview Process: Virtual

Key Roles:

• Prepare project plans while working closely with cross-functional teams, project teams, execute and monitor project activities with team members.
• Ensure adherence to project delivery processes while ensuring team is following them religiouly being supported by the right set of tools.
• Effective communication (strong verbal and written communication skills) with cross functional team, project teams. Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
• Able to deal with ambiguities and keeping the team updated on impacts due to ambiguities.
• Identify risks in early phases of execution, mitigate those risks in order to reduce the impact of same on project deliverables(schedule, cost, quality).
• Managing and develop a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Identify project changes as they emerge and take change impact analysis done on existing systems with stakeholders, being communicated with stakeholders, executed and monitored thoroughly.
• Laydown vendor selection process, get the right vendor onboarded with follow-up on closure of deliverables within acceptance criteria of the project.
• Ensure post project delivery, retrospection meetings are done, learning logs are captured and put an action plan in place to derive continuous improvement through the process on ongoing projects.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
• B.E. in Comp Sc./ECE with prior experience working with Software tech companies as a must.
• Having a strong tech exposure
