Job Title: Research Associate - Drone Based Agriculture Technology

Location: New Delhi

Job Overview: As a Research Associate for Drone based Agriculture technology, you will play a crucial role in advancing our understanding and implementation of drone based Agritech. The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and testing of innovative drone systems, with a focus on [specific areas such as autonomous navigation, sensor integration, payload development, etc.]. The position requires a strong background in development and application of drone based Agritech and other agritech field, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in development and application of drone based Agritech. Apply this knowledge to contribute to the development of cutting-edge drone systems.

2. System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement drone systems, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, scientists, and project managers to integrate drone based Agritech into existing and new projects. Collaborate with external partners and vendors when necessary.

4. Documentation: Prepare detailed technical documentation, including test reports, design specifications, and research findings. Maintain accurate records of experiments and results.

5. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on drone-related technologies. Stay actively involved in knowledge sharing and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.

6. Testing and Evaluation: Plan, conduct, and analyze tests to assess the performance, reliability, and safety of drone systems. Provide recommendations for improvements based on test results.

7. Big Data: build strong data base and data analytics tools to continuously process the field data and improve the system design

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's /Master's degree in [relevant field, e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.]. (IITs, NITs, GECs).

2. 3-4 years of hands-on experience in drone based Agritech research and development.

3. Proficiency in programming languages such as [QGIS, Python, R, Java, MongoDB, etc.] and experience with software tools (AI & ML), relevant to drone based Agritech.

4. Strong understanding of drone hardware, software, and communication systems.

5. Proven experience in the design, development, and testing of drone systems.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 7. Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to diverse audiences.

8. Experience with [specific technologies, tools, or platforms relevant to the job].
