We are currently seeking a Project / Program Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).
Responsible for daily management through out the life cycle of the Project/program.
Define the project controls, or the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the projects/program.
Plan the overall project/program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs.
Manage multiple project deadlines, budgets, margins and contracted deliverables.
Facilitate regular meetings to review the current state of projects, issues, additional needs, and answer questions.
Able to execute the project with Agile Ceremonies
Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur.
Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects.
Liase with Resource management team for resource allocation/de-allocation in line with SOW.
Review the project SOWs and ensure that all the projects are within the budget.
Manage stakeholders who are involved in the projects.
Make sure deliverables are aligned across the projects.
Responsible to coach and mentor project team members.
Identify potential talents and groom them through various organizational trainings & programs
Review all the projects periodically i.e. weekly and monthly.
Ensure all the projects are adhering to the organization security policies.
Ensure all the project artefacts are saved and operated from shared drives.
Ensure all the timesheets are submitted on time accurately.
Liase with Client Partners and Customer Success teams to mitigate risks/concerns from becoming an issue/escalation.
Resolve issues and concerns of project team(s) and individuals.
Responsible for career development of resources and appraisals.
Total years of experience from 7 to 15 years and minimum of 2-3 years of Relevant experience in Project/Program management.
Preferably should come from the coding/development background.
Should be able to manage multiple projects and handle overseas customer(s) and 3-4 hrs overlap with US customer timings.
