Job description

We are currently looking for Mechanical Head for Steel Melting shop for reputed steel plant at Rourkela location.

1. 13 to 20 years of experience in steel melting in steel melting shop
2. Experience in Alloy Steel Maintenance preferably high carbon & high alloy contain steel.
3. All over plant maintenance smoothly own responsibility.
4. Modifications in equipments, process flow, working practices, consumables, power etc for controlling & reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
5. Smooth maintenance working Raw material Handling system.
6. Maintenance & overhauling of Belt Conveyor, Tipper Car ,Crusher , Vib. Screen, feeder, Crusher.Planning, implementation & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity
7. Experience in bottom preserving casting system.
8. Qualification - Diploma / B. Tech / M. Tech - Mechanical.
