Your role will encompass content creation, proofreading, team management, and staying updated on industry trends to produce compelling content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Content Creation:
Develop engaging and informative content across multiple platforms and formats, such as blogs, carousels, marketing materials, vlogs, etc.
Craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with the company's goals and messaging.
· Team Management:
Supervise and lead the content team, providing guidance, feedback, and support in content ideation, creation, and execution.
Proofread and approve content generated by the team, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
· Research and Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on industry trends, changes, and advancements to produce relevant and timely content.
Conduct thorough research on industry topics, keywords, and audience preferences to optimize content strategy.
· Collaboration and Strategy:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to align content strategies and maximize reach and impact.
Develop and implement content plans aligned with broader marketing strategies and company objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation and management, preferably in a similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
