Job Overview: As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions within the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and policy implementation. The HR Specialist will collaborate with different departments to ensure the effective management of human resources processes and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection. ● Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

Employee Relations: ● Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally. ● Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting a positive work culture. ● Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge job satisfaction and well-being.

HR Administration: ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. ● Manage HR documentation, such as contracts, policies, and procedures. Policy Development and Compliance: ● Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. ● Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's compliance.

Training and Development: ● Identify training needs and assist in organizing relevant workshops and programs. ● Support career development initiatives for employees. Performance Management: ● Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and feedback sessions. ● Work with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ● Proven 4+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar role. ● Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. ● Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
