Job description

JD- Technical-1 Skills

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, JS, .Net)
• Hands on Coding
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with database systems and query optimization
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum)
• Experience with software engineering good practices (e.g., coding good practices, CI/CD, quality gates etc)
• Familiarity with developer tools (e.g., Linting tools, code review tools, productivity tools etc)
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance practices

Leadership and Communication
• Ability to lead a team and delegate tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in coordinating and managing project timelines
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior developers
• Skill in providing constructive feedback and performance evaluations

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

• Analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software problems
• Ability to make right decisions backed by justification
