Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for an Employee Mobility Manager to join our team. This resource will be working virtually.
How will you help us connect the world:
This role is focused on delivering end-to-end mobility experiences across relocation, immigration, tax, etc. for our Employee Mobility solutions (i.e., long-term assignment, short-term assignment, international transfer, commuter, domestic relocation, etc.) worldwide. The person in this hands-on role will partner closely with HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, Legal, Payroll, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless mobility experience both for our employees and the company. Reporting to the VP, HR Tech, Ops and TA, you’ll be part of a wider Global HR Shared Services CoE within HR.
Act as internal advisor and subject matter expert to stakeholders and business partners covering all aspects of employee mobility from Business Travelers, Short & Long-Term Assignments, Commuters and Permanent Transfers globally.
Responsible for the full lifecycle (i.e., pre-, on-, and post-assignment phases) of employee mobility processes (business case, assignment initiation form, cost estimate, assignment letter, cost reimbursement agreement, etc.)
Establish excellence in customer experience for the assignees and business managers whilst balancing costs and compliance.
Partner with internal teams and external supplier partners to develop process and system improvements.
Provide ongoing assistance and manage queries from the assignees and their families.
Draft employee mobility related contracts and documentation.
Initiate and monitor 3rd party vendor services.
Process invoices and re-charge costs.
Expanded role may also include managing additional benefits such as car lease policy, etc…
