Main Responsibilities Develop and implement global compensation strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees across diverse regions. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures. Design and manage global salary structures, bonus programs, and equity plans aligned with organizational objectives. Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation practices worldwide. Collaborate with the Global Compensation team to execute the annual merit and bonus cycle. Prepare and submit salary benchmarking data to external sources as required. Stay abreast of global compensation trends, industry benchmarks, and legislative changes to maintain compliance. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making on compensation matters. Manage annual compensation review processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Drive initiatives to enhance employee understanding of total rewards and foster a culture of transparency. Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate compensation strategies into broader HR and business initiatives. Monitor and analyze employee turnover and engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of compensation programs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field; master degree preferred. Proven experience (8 to 10 years) in compensation management, preferably in a multinational organization. Strong understanding of global compensation practices, regulations, and market dynamics. Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective compensation programs that align with organizational goals. Analytical mindset with proficiency in using compensation surveys, benchmarking tools, and data analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.Job tags
