Role Description:
Alphatech Automation is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Technical Counselor. This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Technical Counselor. The Technical Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in the areas of PLC, SCADA, IOT, and embedded systems training. The Technical Counselor will also assist with curriculum development, course delivery, and maintenance of equipment and software utilized in the training programs.
If you are passionate about technology and have expertise in MS-Office, PLC SCADA, Embedded Systems, INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION, Plc Programming, Training And Development, Client Relationship, Database Management System (DBMS), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Compensation management, and Effective Communication, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical knowledge and guidance to student / clients.
2. Develop and deliver training programs on various technical topics such as PLC programming, SCADA systems, and embedded systems.
3. Build strong relationships with clients / student, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
4. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for analysis and decision-making.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the field of industrial automation and share knowledge with the team and clients / student.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, improving efficiency and productivity.
7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective communication, teamwork, and continuous learning.
