About the Role:

As the

Manager of Performance Marketing

at Hero Vired, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our online programs, optimizing lead generation, and fostering collaboration among internal teams and agency partners. Join us in shaping the future of education and reimagining university education and skilling for working professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Cost Acquisition Efficiency (CAC):

Take ownership of optimizing the Cost of Acquisition (CAC) for all our online programs.

Lead Funnel Optimization:

Streamline the entire lead funnel, ensuring optimal conversion rates from Clicks to Cost Per Lead (CPLs) to Enrolment.

Team Leadership:

Lead and inspire both our internal team and agency partners to achieve and surpass set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

Establish and nurture effective communication channels between the Sales, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams.

Analytical Rigor:

Regularly update reports, proactively identify anomalies, and take swift corrective actions to minimize campaign inefficiencies.

Brand Building:

Devise and execute long-term brand campaigns aimed at enhancing search intent and boosting brand recall, thereby outshining competitors. Agency Partnership: Coordinate with agency partners and establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications for Success:

Education:

MBA from a reputed institution.

Experience:

Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing teams and overseeing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.

Budget Management:

Proven experience in managing annual budgets of at least 12 Crores.

Digital Expertise:

Proficiency in performance campaigns, including Search, Social, and Media buying.

Preferred:

A background in ad agency work for a minimum of 3 years or experience with E-commerce brands.

Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical abilities, particularly in experimental design and analysis.

Strategic Thinker:

Possess strategic thinking and planning skills while maintaining a hands-on approach.

Data Proficiency:

Excel in presenting and analyzing data, and generating actionable reports. Passion for Data: Experience with big data and statistical models is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade effectively at all levels, including senior management.
