We are looking for Some Dynamic Personalities for our HR in international BPO Department,
Job Description: 1. Call the candidates and Conduct interviews. 2. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels, Schedule and conduct shift meetings 3. Responsible to meet corporate requirement goals the MNC BPO's of Industry 4. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to achieve targets & goals, within specifications 5. Operate within standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) and Job targets as Communicated by Supervisors. 6. Assist subordinates as necessary. 7. Responsible for other duties as assigned. 8. Good Communication skills 9. Good leadership Skills 10. Doing specific search through Headhunting, etc 11. Articulating and negotiating job offers with candidates and clearly communicating all aspects of the offer 12. Including the salary, benefits, bonuses, relocations, etc 13. Referral generation 14.
