Job description

Responsibilities:

Design develop and execute comprehensive training programs for hospitality staff emphasizing customer service effective communication and industry best practices.

Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills across different roles within the organization.

Collaborate closely with department managers to customize training programs aligning them with specific roles operational requirements and organizational goals.

Evaluate the efficacy of training sessions through robust assessments and feedback mechanisms iteratively refining content and methodologies to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintain an uptodate understanding of industry trends updates and changes ensuring training content remains relevant innovative and aligned with evolving best practices.

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff reinforcing training concepts and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Seamlessly integrate training components into new hire onboarding processes ensuring a cohesive and comprehensive employee development strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in hospitality management Training and Development or a related field.

3 years of handson experience in hospitality training or a comparable role.

Indepth knowledge of hospitality industry practices service standards and emerging trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to captivate and engage diverse audiences.

Proven track record in developing and delivering impactful and engaging training materials.

Skills:

Expertise in designing and delivering hospitality training programs balancing creativity with instructional effectiveness.

Strong organizational and project management skills managing multiple training initiatives concurrently.

Effective interpersonal skills fostering positive relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficient in utilizing training tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

Analytical mindset for conducting needs assessments and measuring the effectiveness of training programs.

Preferred:

Certification in Training and Development or a related field showcasing a commitment to professional growth.

Experience in elearning and virtual training platforms staying ahead of trends in digital learning.

Familiarity with adult learning principles tailoring training methods to different learning styles.

Multilingual skills providing an added advantage for training diverse teams.

Active participation in industry conferences workshops or memberships in professional associations demonstrating a commitment to staying at the forefront of hospitality training practices.
