Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to lead a team of embedded engineers in developing firmware for our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C
programming, Linux, RTOS, C#, C++, and system architecture. The Tech Lead will work closely with the hardware and software teams to ensure that the firmware is optimized for the system and meets all
requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of embedded engineers in firmware development.
• Work closely with hardware and software teams to ensure optimal system performance and integration.
• Design and develop firmware for embedded systems using C, C++, and RTOS.
• Develop, debug, and test software in a cross-platform environment.
• Develop and maintain software and firmware design documents, requirements, and specifications.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and compliance with coding standards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot system and software issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• Proven experience in leading a team of engineers in firmware development.
• Strong understanding of C programming language and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with Linux, RTOS, C#, C++, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proven experience in project management and leading teams in successful project delivery.
