Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

(1) Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations. (2)

Understand customer needs and requirements:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations. (3) Follow up with leads. (4) Follow the sales script and strategy diligently while also being prepared to adapt and improvise as necessary within the parameters of the telesales executive role (5) Achieve all the KPI and KRA’s. Adhere to organisational guidelines.

Requirements:

(1) Educational Qualification: Minimum +2/Graduation. (If +2, communication & comprehension needs to be superlative. Need to be clear that long leave will not be allocated) (2) Basic computer and Microsoft skills are essential (3) Effective communication in English and at least 60% proficiency in Hindi. (As a significant portion of customer interactions involve these languages) (4)

Immediate Joiners

preferred (5) Prior experience in telecalling. (sales, or banking is preferable), minimum 6 months. (Freshers can also be considered subject to the condition above) Good interpersonal skills.

Work Model: (1) 6-Day Rotational Shift (Day Shift) (2) Work from Office
