Job Description:

A Digital Project Support Associate will be responsible to manage ongoing support and maintenance related to digital project catalog requests, as well as EMR and eProcurement integrations. A primary function will be to distribute scheduled electronic product catalogs and EMR Supply Tables that may include updates for contract pricing, SKUs, and related enriched product attributes. Data typically needs to be transformed based on customer-specific requirements and data formats.

Some of the responsibilities are:

• Serve as primary support for scheduled, repeat product catalogs and EMR Supply Tables.
• Generate customer-specific digital catalog files, based on existing, defined SOPs
• Distribute catalog or supply table files to customers via email, SFTP, or portal uploads
• Monitor email support mailboxes, providing ongoing digital customer service support for existing EMR & eProcurement customers that are live in production. Resolve standard issues or escalate to 2nd level Support resources/teams.
• Must be able to simultaneously lead 10-15 support projects in parallel, consistently delivering high quality support and internal communication according to support SLA's.
• Provide level 1 support for digital catalog, EMR or punchout issues and escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 Support, technical leads, and IS/Development teams.
• Help to manage contact database for Catalogs, EMR, & eProcurement integrations
• Must be a team player & one that collaborate and interact well all internal stakeholders.

Additional Value and Required Skills:

• Experience with common eProcurement or EMR platforms (i.e. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer... WellSky, EPIC, KanTime)
• Experience with common eCommerce technical interfaces (EDI, cXML, or API web services)
• Understanding of EMR processes & transactions (HL7, DFT...)
• Understanding of the concept of Procure-to-Pay / Order to Cash processes
• Understanding of Punchout technology (cXML Level 1 & 2, OCI standard & background search, Federated API)
• Experience with SAP a plus
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization skills
• Effective Communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work independently
• Intermediate to Advanced level skill in Microsoft Access & Excel apps

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.

Work Experience:

• 1 - 4 years of experience
• Minimum: 0-2 year's applicable digital support or related technical experience (i.e. Business analysis, data analysis, IT support, EDI, eProcurement, catalog management…)
