Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Pattern Master (CAD) to join our team at DCS Group. As the Pattern Master (CAD), you will be responsible for creating and developing patterns for our ethnic wear line, with a particular focus on plus sizes. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Executive-level experience as a Pattern Master (CAD) in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in CAD software
- Expertise in creating patterns for ethnic wear and plus sizes
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the design team
- Knowledge of current design patterns and trends
Roles And Responsibilities - Create and develop patterns for our ethnic wear line, with a focus on plus sizes
- Utilize CAD software to design and modify patterns as needed
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of patterns
- Conduct regular quality checks and measurements on patterns to ensure they meet specifications
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design patterns and industry trends
- Provide guidance and support to junior pattern makers as needed
