Research and test design ideas to determine feasibility, utilizing lean ma nufacturing, kaizen, Six Sigma, and root-cause analysis to formulate and support innovation, corrective actions, and improvements. Understands ergonomic concepts by applying ergonomic standards, guidelines, controls and tools. Identify opportunities for preventi ng waste and inefficiency during production. Layout & Process validation (Plant and Shop). Cycle time analysis, creation & validat ion . Experience in Siemens - Process Simulate software . MOST analysis to perform Manpower calculation . Line balancing with MTM analysis. Facility layout study and Bottleneck Analysis for the system capacity. Experience of Industrial & Plant Engineering pro jects of Global OEMs & Tier1s.Skills:. Layout & Workstation design. Line balancing & manpower allocation with MTM analysis. Ergo nomic analysis. Process documents and work instructions. Good in Communication in English . Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Profi cient in tools like Siemens Process Simulate, Microstation. Education: . BE,/B tech in Industrial / Mechanical EngineeringExpe rience (in years): 5 to 7 Years Domain of experience: Industrial EngineeringProcess:.
