Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Area Sales Manager to join our team at Cemech Luxury Paints. As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving sales targets in Telangana. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the paint industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Identify and target potential customers and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends
- Manage the sales team and provide guidance, support, and training
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular sales reports
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company and its products
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities
- Forecast sales and set performance goals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints or issues
