Overview:
As a ManageEngine Service Desk Plus Implementation Consultant you will play a crucial role in the successful deployment and optimization of the Service Desk Plus platform for our clients. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration configuration and customization to meet the unique needs of each clients IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Service Desk Plus implementation projects from initiation to completion
- Conduct client requirement analysis and develop tailored solutions within the Service Desk Plus platform
- Configure and customize Service Desk Plus modules workflows and automation rules
- Deliver technical training and support to client teams to ensure effective utilization of Service Desk Plus
- Collaborate with clients to define and document IT service management processes and best practices
- Provide expertise in integrating Service Desk Plus with other IT management tools and systems
- Offer postimplementation support and troubleshooting for Service Desk Plus solutions
- Stay updated with latest Service Desk Plus features and functionalities to advise clients on best practices
- Assist in creating technical documentation and knowledge base articles for Service Desk Plus implementations
- Participate in presales activities by providing technical expertise and product demonstrations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience in implementing ManageEngine Service Desk Plus in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and customizing Service Desk Plus modules dashboards reports and workflows
- Strong understanding of IT service management best practices and frameworks (ITIL COBIT etc.)
- Proficiency in integrating Service Desk Plus with other IT management tools such as monitoring systems and asset management
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication and clientfacing skills to gather requirements and deliver training
- Certification in ManageEngine Service Desk Plus or ITIL is a plus
- Experience in project management and leading implementation teams
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed
