Position: Orthopedic Implants Sales (Trauma Division) Company: Meril Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. Location: Kolkata, Calicut, Cochin, Vizag, Agra, Chandigarh, Guwahati Meril Healthcare, a leading provider of orthopedic implants and medical devices, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team for the Trauma Division. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the healthcare industry by promoting innovative orthopedic solutions and providing excellent service to our customers. Responsibilities: Promote and sell orthopedic implants and related products within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share. Provide product demonstrations, training, and support to customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biology, or related field. Previous sales experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry, preferably in orthopedics. Knowledge of orthopedic implants, trauma products, and surgical procedures is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
