Job description

• We are looking for an experienced, drivencivil engineer with a wealth of industry knowledge. To ensure success, theideal candidate should be comfortable splitting their hours between the office,on-site visits, and attending meetings with the architects, etc.
• Candidate should be a critical thinker andhave sound subject knowledge of mathematics and physics to identify and solveengineering problems.
• You must also possess a certain level of creativity inorder to present innovative solutions and improvements to technical processes.
• The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate ideas, makerecommendations, and negotiate project details with their team, subcontractors,and clients.
  

Responsibilities :

New site development.

Planning of project

Budgeting

Site Inspection testing

Hiring of architect construction agency

Agreement with agency

finalize the design.

Prepare documents Report.

Material planning arrangements

Ensure project completion on time.

Hand over/Take over with proper documents.

Verification of work bills.

For Existing Property:

Maintain all records reports of property.

AMC with different agencies in respect ofrequirements.

Timely Maintenance Repairing.

Coordination within the organization regarding civilmaintenance Work.

Budgeting for maintenance.
