Job Title: Resource Manager (RMG)

Job Location: Chennai

Basic Purpose:

We are looking for a resource manager with prior experience in bench management and a prior background in technology managing development projects. The ideal candidate will have a good in-depth understanding of technology and its applications in a business environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands.
• Develop and implement bench management strategies to optimize resource utilization.
• Work closely with project Delivery heads and Practice Leaders to understand resource needs.
• Assess and forecast resource requirements for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with HR to identify and address resource skills gaps or performance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to RMG team members on bench related best practices.

Essential Education, Skills, and Environment

• Prior experience in resource management, with a focus on strong bench management and internal demand fulfillment.
• Strong understanding of technology and its role in business
• Previous experience in technology and development projects- HUGE PLUS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and forecast resource needs
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
