Notice Period - Immediate Job Description: Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP C4C modules to meet business requirements. Customize SAP C4C functionalities to enhance customer relationship management processes. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SAP C4C solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design documents. Integration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to optimize system performance. User Training and Support: Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP C4C functionalities. Provide ongoing support and address user queries to maximize system efficiency. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP C4C configurations, customizations, and processes. Create and update user manuals, training materials, and best practice guides. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of SAP C4C solutions. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues identified during testing. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about SAP C4C updates, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.Job tags
