Job Role / KRAs
Head of Global Custody Operation.
Ensuring settlement of trades are completed within TAT
Ensuring all corporate action processing is completed within TAT which includes: Tracking and capturing all types of announcements in the system Processing of voluntary and involuntary corporate action events Reconciliation of involuntary corporate action and coordinating with Depositories in case of issue.
Timely submission of documentation pertaining to withholding tax and withholding claim processing.
Preparing and reviewing Process Notes Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) documents.
Coordination with Global Depositories like Clearstream / Euroclear
To give system requirements and ensure that UAT is completed on a timely basis.
To handle the client and auditors queries
Experience in team management and appraisal is required
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge Prerequisites
Indepth knowledge of Global Custody Operation
Indepth knowledge of the settlement process across all geographies.
Indepth knowledge of all corporate action processes across all geographies and withholding tax/claim processing.
Indepth knowledge of SWIFT messages
Educational Qualifications
Post Graduate / MBA / CA
Atleast 15 years experience in Global Custody Operation Good oral and written communication skill
