Job Description agil:Position - Technical Project ManagerLocation - PuneExperience - 8 to 12 yearsMust-Have :Key Skills : Project Management (Data Analytics & Engineering projects preferred), Agile / Scrum, Jira, Confluence, BFSI domain knowledge, RDBMS, Sql, ETL, Stakeholder Management, Resource / Budget Planning, Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.Technical Skills :1. Good experience in Data management projects (including data engineering and analytics).2. The candidate must be good in SQL, python. and can drive technical discussions with stakeholders.3. Exposure to big data systems - On prem (hive, hadoop, spark) and cloud (GCP).4. Good understanding of data modelling concepts , data lineage and source to target mapping/ingestion.Role & Responsibilities :- Enforce and improve SDLC processes and Enterprise Architecture for efficiency. Make sure agile development and testing guidelines are followed (code reviews, coding standards, unit testing, deployment processes, production support, etc.)- Excellent knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile / Scrum / Kanban, and act as a Scrum Master to lead teams deliver business use cases at a global scale.- Good leadership abilities and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage the team for project deliverables and work in a fast-paced agile environment while demonstrating strong work ethics with good decision making and time management.- Managing end to end software projects and meeting stakeholders' expectations and timelines; Communicate the project status, deliverables progress and risks / issues to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.- Managing the planning and budgeting of the project and proactively monitoring the progress while resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.- Willingness and ability to learn new skills and track industry trends.- Promote continuous learning, continuous improvement, and value creation (ref:hirist.tech)
