Job description
Technical Support: -
Managing Fortigate firewall, Palo Alto firewall, and Scalar Client Connector app, making security policy for internet users, and Cyber security.
- Implementing and configuring the LAN and WAN environment.
- File storage server.
- Microsoft Azure (cloud computing service, Azure Active Directory Domain).
- Hardware and software technical support for the Client machines, troubleshooting, including desktop, laptop, LAN, WAN, Network printer, and remotely systems.
- Polycom and Panasonic Video Conferencing system (installation, manage).
- Good experience with MS Office 365 Packaged and Microsoft OneDrive.
- Managing Wireless Access Points.
Enterprise Information Portal (EIP) Work at site level in: -
- WISA: - Workmen Induction & Skills Application.
- WMS: - Worker Management System (Labour Master, Labour In-out time, Online system for attendance Punching machine).
- HRM: - Human Resource Staff-related Issue resolve).
- SSC: - Shared Services Centre(employ benefits, medical facility).
- MYZONE: - (Employ profile and employee appraisal).
- Coordinator with vendors for EIP issues.
