Job description
Role : Food Technologist-Freshers
Looking after personnel Hygiene of all the food handlers
Responsible for Plant cleaning verification.
looking after pest control activities.
Machines change over-cleaning.
Fill up all FSMS checklists on a daily basis after checking the activity.
Internal training to food handlers (Senior-QA will guide how to execute the training)
conducting internal audits once a month and preparing Audit reports and suggesting CAPA (corrective action and preventive action) with TCD (target completion dates)
Sensory Evaluation and rating of food products
Responsible for Shelf-life samples storage
Monitoring of Silo storage temperature and maintaining the reports.
Responsible for packing material design
Internal weighing balance calibration
Looking after online processing
Need to verify Inward outward vehicles as per the FSMS checklist
