Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Manage calendar with daily appointments, in-house meetings & coordinating travel requirements.
• Data assortment, storage and segmenting in accordance to the managements requirement (updated spreadsheets and crafted presentations) in assisting management in making decisions and hence enhancing team efficiency.
• Prepare for Periodical meeting with the President to review proposals.
• Draft meeting agenda, and suggested prospect donor profile presentations at board meetings.
• Monitor/Regulate all incoming issues and prioritized the plan of action.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (SPOC) on any matter directed to the President's Office.
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings
• Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
• Maintain various records and documents for company executive(s)


Desired Candidate Profile:
• 2-5 years prior experience in supporting a senior executive/ leadership team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time-management skills
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Ability to multitask
• Interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
