Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive sustainable growth for the company. Identify new opportunities, markets, and partnerships that align with our business objectives.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Consistently exceed client expectations to foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors by conducting thorough market research. Analyze data to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and present actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals. Implement best practices and refine sales processes to maximize efficiency.
- Pipeline Development: Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, continuously nurturing and converting leads into revenue-generating opportunities. Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to expand our reach and capabilities. Negotiate and close partnership agreements that benefit both parties.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing client base. Explore new revenue streams and innovative pricing models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B/B2C environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience in Business Development is a plus.
