The Position Innovation & Technology Professional
Job Summary Responsibilities: - Developing safe working environment
- Patent & Literature Review
- Design of experiments
- Planning and execution of Developmental work
- Good analysis of experimental results
- Documentation/Report preparation
- Presenting the work in global platform
- Interacting with cross functional departments, global peers
- Application site visit
- Calibration and maintenance of Lab equipment
- Working in a team
- Adherence to ISO, QMS, Calderys systems
Profile/Competencies: Education, background, level of experience
B.Tech with Min. five years of Experience(quality control or technical functions) in a Ceramic / Refractory industry or Ph.D with 2 years Industrial experience
The incumbent should have proper mindset to carry out R&D work
- Knowledge in Ceramics and Refractories
- Knowledge in various refractory testing and characterization techniques
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Knowledge in mineralogy, crystallography and phase diagrams
- Knowledge in refractory property – performance correlation and refractory installation
- Hands-on experience in various testing and characterization methods pertaining to refractories.
- Self motivated team player with orientation to do R&D work
- Proficiency in google sheet , document,slides etc
