Responsibilities:

Job Description:

· Overall Responsible for Order Execution - from Order receipt to on time Delivery / Dispatch with QCD parameters.

· Lead the Manufacturing Operations team to meet the customer requirement.

· Co-ordinate with Internal / External customer time to time to address the gaps in Order execution, if any. 

· Coordination with all concerned Dept. Such as Sales, Sales support, Purchase, NPD / Technical, Design, PPC & Production, Quality, Project team, logistics, etc. to meet the demand.

· Ability to manage production & Resource planning in MTO manufacturing setup.

· Assess capacity constraints, identify bottlenecks, and suggest options to mitigate supply risks.

· Provides order book visibility to the a to proactively act and pre-empt any Supply risk

· Ability to handle dynamic production scenarios in line with evolving business priorities.

· Optimize production plans to manage complex product variability and minimize changeover to improve productivity.

· Continuously monitoring follow-up of the production schedules with the Plant to ensure manufacturing compliance

· Support Capacity Planning with required data and information to work out the mold, tools, and machine requirements.

· Maintain the Safety Stock / Inventory level. Ensure the Inventory Physical vs System match as per the Accounts team guidelines.

· Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Data analysis, Problem-solving ability, Industry 4.0

· WIP Inventory should be maintained less than 15 days.

· Order OTD / OTIF achieve above 90%.

· Ensure the Factory Over head expenses as per the AOP. Eliminate / Control the Over time.

· To promise new orders as per current available capacity and planned capacity

· Maintain capacity-related master data to keep promising tools updated and functional

· Analyze the order promising output and work with COO / Management to model new changes in the tool

Requisite Skills:

· 10 to 15 years of experience In a Similar assignment in a Manufacturing company.

Experience in production planning in the auto industry, valve / Industrial Instruments industry, or continuous manufacturing industry preferred.

· Must have hands-on experience in any ERP systems.

· Have done regular BE Instrumentation / BE Electronics / BE Mechanical / Supply chain

· Having good communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills.

· Supply Chain / Inventory Data Analysis with recommended action submission.

· Route cause analysis & Problem-Solving skills
