Job description
- Redaptive is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative Senior Tax Analyst to work closely with our growing Accounting Team based in the US India
- The Senior Analyst reports to the Senior Tax Manager and will collaborate with teams across the business as well as external partners to assist will all aspects of the corporate tax function
- The focus of this role will be split between US tax compliance, tax provision and supporting various ad hoc tax projects as they arise

Role Responsibilities
- Ensure the highest level of quality in the Company s tax reporting and compliance processes with a focus on reporting accuracy
- Preparation of state income tax and non-income/franchise tax returns
- Assist with month, quarter, and year-end tax reporting, including data collection, workpaper roll-forward/preparation and tax account reconciliations
- Preparation of tax compliance workpapers with emphasis on timely and accurate reporting of various tax obligations
- Support Senior Tax Manager with all federal, state and local tax matters, including indirect tax and information reporting for the Company's international operations
- In collaboration with the Senior Tax Manager, prepare tax adjustment computations, state apportionment analysis, extensions and estimates, perform tax research and monitor tax compliance calendar due dates
- Provide SOX control assistance and maintain workpapers/documentation in an audit ready format for various stakeholders (eg, internal audit, financial statement auditors, IRS, state auditors, etc)
- Regularly collaborate with teams across the business as well as external partners (eg, public accounting firms, various revenue agencies, etc)
- Working hours 12pm to 9pm IST
Job Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting equivalent to United States bachelors degree
- 7-10 years of relevant tax experience with public accounting firm or equivalent industry role with U.S. based organization
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation a plus
- Experience preparing tax returns, particularly U.S. corporate state income tax returns utilizing tax preparation software (CCH Axcess or similar)
- Highly experienced using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite (or similar ERP) a plus
