Job Summary
As a Business Manager (BI), you would be responsible for business and data analysis using Hadoop and other Analytics platforms, deliver timely solutions to customers, preparing proposals for clients, understand business processes and provide techno-functional support to customers. The ideal candidate would be open to learn new technologies as well as ready to explore and learn BI and Analytics tools as required.

Attributes and Skills required
● Leads important projects in providing business analytics services to clients in a shared services environment, including the development of new insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods
● Supervises the activities of other Business Analytics Analysts.
● Handled a team of 25+ people.
● Experience in analyzing business data and creating BI/ predictive analytics solutions as per the requirements.
● Interacts directly with business partners to support their operational needs; enable the business to make effective decisions and solve problems with quantified insights into data
● Comfortable with techno-functional assignments that may also involve writing code.
● Must have worked on analytics platform like Alteryx, R, Python.
● Must have experience in Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, D3.js.
● Knowledge of MS Excel (formula, vlookup etc), SQL and Statistics.
● Knowledge of Advanced Analytics algorithms like Regression, Decision Tree, ANOVA, Clustering.
● Excellent logical reasoning, good analytical skills and attention to detail
● Excellent logical reasoning, time-management and listening skills.
● Should be tech savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player.
● Highly organized with an ability to balance multiple projects at the same time
● Should be able to perform under pressure.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other Key Responsibilities
● Adherence to internal QMS (Quality Management System) procedures & Information Security Controls according to implemented ISMS (Information Security Management System) of the Organization.
● Report immediate Reporting Manager/Supervisor related to incidents, suggestions, issues related to ISMS.
