Management skills:

Manage & coordinate interviews for all

designations

Team Handling/Mentoring experience

Good Negotiation skills

Roles and responsibilities:

Developing policies and strategies for acquiring new talent

Analysing the company s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring

Using various channels to source candidates

Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions

Managing the screening process including resume screening and interviewing

Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process

Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events

Salary Negotiations & preparing offer letters

Maintain TA Dashboard and other reports on daily/weekly basis

Education requirement: Any Graduate

Post Graduate Preferred

Other skills:

Good Communication Skills should have good knowledge of MS Office

microsoft office suite,hiring,management,communication,interviewing,talent acquisition and management
