We are seeking a dedicated E-Commerce Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong data entry skills, and have a knack for working with popular graphics programs. This position also offers an exciting opportunity to transition into maintaining our e-commerce sales platform and contributing to the implementation of online marketing strategies.
As part of our team, you'll be responsible for uploading product data and images onto our new e-commerce platform, contributing to the implementation of online marketing strategies, and maintaining the platform. If you're a self-starter with a background in data entry and graphics, this might be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities: - Create new online product listings - Perform product data entry into the e-commerce platform - Write compelling product descriptions - Collaborate with our internal graphic artists & creative designers to upload and edit product images - Monitor and update inventory fields - Maintain and update relevant internal documentation - Assist in new product development as required Qualifications: - Diploma / A Graduate Degree - Experience in administrative work - Proficiency in data entry - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent professional English skills, both written and interpersonal - Strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently - Quick learner and self-starter Preferred: - Prior experience in order fulfillment is an added advantage - Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantageJob tags
