Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide assistance and resolve issues
- Understand customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening to customers and going above and beyond to meet their needs
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and customer service delivery
- Meet individual and team performance targets to ensure customer satisfaction and organizational success
