Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Sales Specialist located in Mumbai.
- The Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales tasks such as identifying and pursuing new business and building relationships with clients.
- Conduct insightful consultations to understand client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Effectively handle objections and negotiate win-win agreements.
- Creating and delivering sales presentations, a strong focus on customer service, and training sales staff on digital sales techniques.
- Utilize creative digital strategies to generate high-quality leads and build a healthy sales pipeline.
- Network effectively to establish connections and expand your professional reach.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Proactively identify and address client concerns, fostering trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to building lasting relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
- Sales experience and sales management skills
- Experience training sales staff
- A high degree of self-motivation and a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Experience in digital sales and advertising is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
